Defensive Pistol Skills/License to Carry Refresher
Course Description: Refresher training on Texas LTC plus 100 rounds of shooting (50 rounds coaching, 50 rounds LTC shooting test)
Graduates of Defensive Pistol Skills 1 or higher level courses will run the LTC shooting test starting with the pistol holstered, using an IDPA or KRT-2 target instead of the state-mandated B-27.
Topics: Review of Texas LTC laws, dry fire shooting practice, shooting drills / coaching. LTC qualification.

Prerequisites: Texas License to Carry. Completion of Defensive Pistol Skills 1 or other course in which drawing from a holster is required strongly recommended.
Required Equipment: A centerfire handgun, belt holster, a minimum of 2 spare magazines or speedloaders, magazine/speedloader carriers, eye and ear protection, a baseball cap (to deflect spent brass and keep the sun out of your eyes) and a minimum of 100 rounds of ammunition.
