Here are some photos and videos from several InSights Unarmed Self Defense courses. They show students using the techniques that they've learned during the 2 day course, often against a fully padded attacker.

These were taken during the last part of the course, when students were defending against a variety of attacks from John Holschen (in the FIST suit). The last photo shows the two Johns (Fogh and Holschen, center) along with the students.
