HOST A HOME DEFENSE TACTICS CLASS AND TRAIN FOR FREE

It's been awhile since we've offered our Home Defense Tactics course. This 3 hour, $60 course is taught in a student's home. It includes an "outside to inside" security assessment of the home, discussion of home defense plans, and armed movement in structures with and without ambient light. We are looking for students to host some sessions of this course in January 2015. If you host the course, you train for free. Contact me for more information.

STUFF FROM HSOI (blog highlights)

GUNS & GEAR FOR SALE

Guns for sale from a student in the Bryan/College Station area: Can pick up from the student or at the A-Zone by appointment.

Ruger GP 101 .357 revolver, 6" bbl. $550 OBO
Wilson Combat KZ-45 + 3 mags $1100 OBO - more about the KZ models here
Ruger 10-22, wood stock, item 01102, new in box. $275 OBO

I have a ShotMAXX wristwatch shooting timer for sale, with case, cables and manual. Very lightly used. $140 OBO. Excellent for someone that practices at an indoor range or around other shooters, because it has a vibration sensor that can be used to pick up your shots and ignore shot sounds from others near you.

GOODBYE, RIBO

On Friday, November 14th, KR Training's Director of Hospitality and Student Food Inspector, Riboflavin "Ribo" T. Dog passed away, at the grand old age of 16. John Daub wrote a nice blog post about her.

We look forward to training you!
