We offer monthly CHL new permit and renewal courses and offer private instruction at all levels. Tom Schaefer's CHL courses include: classroom, range, fingerprints, photos. and notary service. Class tuition includes a catered lunch for each student.
CHL (new permit) - Tom Schaefer, Schaefer Training Academy, $150. 8-7. Jan 6, Feb 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4, Sept 8, Oct 6, Nov 3, Dec 1.
CHL (renewal) Tom Schaefer, Schaefer Training Academy, $75. 8-2. Jan 13, Feb 10, March 10, March 17, April 14, April 28, May 12, June 9, June 16, July 14, July 21, August 11, August 18, Sept 15, Oct 13, Nov 10, Dec 8.
Note: CHL classes sometimes run overtime due to the time required to fingerprint and photograph all the students.

Need a CHL class but can't attend one of our scheduled courses?
Dwight Daniel is available for private CHL courses in the Austin area. Contact Dwight (email, or call 512-913-4565) to arrange a class.
IPSC Grand Master and former world champion Ted Bonnet is now available for private CHL courses in the Austin and San Antonio area. Email Ted, call him at 210-657-9756, or contact us for details. Ted's new permit course includes the range fee at Bracken range in San Antonio as well as the DPS Proficiency Certificate. Ted's renewal course is $49.00, also at Bracken range. Ted's CHL courses do not include prints or photos.
Karl Rehn and Justin Galindo will be a guest instructors at the 2006 Polite Society Tactical Conference to be held the last weekend of February, 2007, at Rangemaster in Memphis, TN.
