Assists with: all basic courses, Defensive Shotgun I, AT I/IA/II and others.

NRA Certifications: Instructor in Home Firearm Safety, Pistol, and Personal Protection. Range Safety Officer.

Other Certifications: Graduate, Austin PD Citizen's Police Academy.

Memberships: NRA, Texas State Rifle Association, Gun Owners of America, Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, Second Amendment Foundation, Cato Institute, International Defensive Pistol Association, area gun clubs.

Training: Graduate of courses from KR Training, InSights and the Austin Police Dept's Citizens Police Academy. Texas Concealed Handgun License holder.

Recent: Attended the InSights Street and Vehicle Tactics and Team Tactics courses in April 2002.

Experience/Achievements: Served as roleplayer in KR Training courses and Austin Police Dept. training exercises. IPSC and NRA High Power rifle competitor. Extensive study of the political, public policy, and legal aspects of self defense and deadly force topics.

Personal: Frank is currently employed as a systems administrator for a major semiconductor manufacturer in the Austin area.
